International Peace - Templates, Basis, Definitions

Clearly there needs to be a basis for starting talks for international peace in the Middle East. I have known for quite a while that the innuendo or culture of peace doesn't match at all to the goal that we in the USA would be looking for. Middle East Peace is a difficult task. Is it all just "Power-Plays" and innuendo or is it worse...is there a basic issue of definitions that is untenable. I can't see where tribal peoples will ever accept peace by any definition when the young will always need revenge, honor killings, armed jihad against secular government. And again it is like a replay of the UN Creation of Israel...If Palistine or Tribes need a Sharia Nation under Sharia Law then they will have to accept national boundries somewhere. Peace has to look like something and probably it will include jobs and economic activity.

I mean to point our there needs to be an international agreement on what peace looks like. There needs to be International Peace, Templates, Basis, Definitions.

Simplify Foriegn Relations to "Power-Play"

We could simplify Foreign Relations to "Power-Plays" to establish a basis of discussion in a "Democratic" nation. Clearly over the last year we have ample evidence of power-plays by Venezuela, Iran, and North Korea. Within our country it seems too often we can't even start a discussion, because the left or the right seem stuck in partisanship.

I say simplify Foreign Relations discussions to "Power-Plays" and how the USA stands for status quo rather than hegemony and empire building, and that we use sanctions to correct human rights issues rather than gunboat diplomacy. Sometimes the worlds #1 power can make a difference by making a stand ...and I don't mean with bombs. I think amnesty international should be able to appreciate this.
